Kagome Foods Portugal provides an internal whistleblowing channel for the companies within the group.

Who can report?

All HIT Group employees, as well as anyone with contractual or commercial relationships with the company, can submit a report, with the option to remain anonymous.

Reports should be made through the whistleblowing channel available at the link https://hit.integrityline.com/setup.

In addition to the channel, reports can be made verbally by requesting a meeting with the human resources management or direct supervisors.

What can be reported?

Illegal acts against the company or employees (such as corruption, fraud, money laundering, and other criminal or regulatory offenses);
Violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct and internal policies;
Human rights violations;
Moral or sexual harassment;
Physical integrity offenses;
Environmental, health, or safety issues;
Improper use of company resources;
Disclosure of confidential information.
